FLOE contacted us for DotNetNuke consulting and development services. 13 Below architected a custom DotNetNuke application on time and under budget.

DotNetNuke Consulting Overview:

13 Below architected and developed a web-based purchasing application using the DotNetNuke framework as the GUI interface to the SysPro back-end for FLOE International. FLOE originally contacted us because another company did not complete the project and did not use best practices or core fundamentals of the DotNetNuke framework. The result of our code reviews indicated a complete rebuild from the ground up. Using the core E.Net schema information, libraries were built for Customer, Inventory and Sales Orders as a separate assembly for flexibility and robustness. Using DotNetNuke best practices and standards, the rebuilding of the application took a period of 6 weeks as opposed to the 8 months given for the previous consulting company. And has since turned into a forward thinking application that goes far beyond the original design.

13 Below Consulting was sub contracted to help with Tamzen Media's DotNetNuke client base. We have provided dotnetnuke development services to a few of Tamzen's bigger clients.

DotNetNuke Consulting Overview:

13 Below completed a DotNetNuke upgrade project. Client had an existing DotNetNuke 2.x site with custom dnn modules. We completed the upgrade to the DotNetNuke 4.x framework.

Redesign included the integration of DotNetNuke authentication into the corporate Active Directory. Current Active Directory modules on the market were not acceptable as they either required the user's name and roles to be preset into the system with the ability for single-sign-on. Instead, 13 Below custom developed this integration using custom DNN modules. Usernames and roles were generated upon the user hitting the site if they were not currently in the DotNetNuke Users table. Roles were determined upon the AD groups that they were assigned to and thus creating roles if the same group was not found in the DNN application. Finally, aliasing was implemented if the user was not visiting from with-in the network.

13 Below Consulting is currently developing a DotNetNuke web application for this client. A unique need to this project was integrating SQL Reporting services into the DotNetNuke application which has been completed.

DotNetNuke Consulting Overview:

13 Below is currently architecting a web-based utility usage application for Hallberg Engineering and their existing client base. We chose the DotNetNuke framework which best fit the client's needs.

Responsibilities include building core calculation libraries, SQL Server Reporting and integration into the DotNetNuke platform. Calculations had a complex n-solution saddle-seat pattern similar to what is found in Fluid Mechanics calculations. Unfortunately, current libraries available for purchase in third-party and SQL Reporting were not sufficient for us and thus finding the best fit had to be developed as a web-service accessible to multiple platforms.
