Our Approach to Website Design Projects

Our first step in the process is to have our short website design questionnaire filled out and sent back to us. You can either fax this back to us at 952-746-7989, email it to us at support@13below.com, or upload it using our Quote Form.

Free of Charge

As soon as we receive the questionnaire back, an Account Manager will follow up with you with an estimate on the design costs. If we have further questions or need clarification on your website design goals, these will be included in our correspondence back to you.

Our designers will get started on your free design layout within 48 hours and we will send it back to you for your approval.

Upon your approval of the design layout, we will slice up the Adobe Photoshop file into web optimized graphics and create the HTML template. Depending on the design, this may include use of advanced CSS and javascript techniques for items such as menu navigation, etc. We will provide you with the full source of everything including all HTML code, images, Adobe Photoshop file, Flash source, etc.

If you would like us to create additional inner pages with your content in there, implement a DNN skin or create .NET masterpages/Web controls from here, we are here to help.
